Sheila Miller and Carol Harris formed a business partnership in 1998 where they consistently sold more homes in the higher end market in Hamilton County than any other Realtor team, with the majority of those sales in Indian Hill.  Kelly Pear joined that partnership in 2015 and Rebecca Messenger joined the partnership in 2017.  Sheila was still an active agent until she passed away in 2016.

Sheila was an outstanding person, friend, and business partner.  She was one of Cincinnati’s first female full-time Realtors, and worked at Comey & Shepherd her entire real estate career (50+ years).  She was a top producer and collected almost every production award at Comey & Shepherd.  In 1988, the company named an award after Sheila for her undeniable professionalism.  Sheila exemplified the true spirit of integrity.  She had an incredible wit and warm personality, a strong work ethic, and everyone she met appreciated her honesty and forthrightness.  No one knew Indian Hill real estate like Sheila Miller.  She could recite the previous 2-3 owner’s names of most homes in Indian Hill.  She had the uncanny ability to remember their names and often times their telephone numbers.  She was a lovely person and a true real estate icon – and we are grateful to have had the chance to work and learn from Sheila Miller!
